Shipping Policies

We cover shipping on everything! Each client will be provided with a tracking number, the name of the shipping company and a link to trace an item online.

We use American producers when we can, and those items are marked, as US items will have a faster ship time. Just type “US Made” in our search box on your screen, and the US products will be listed.

US made / shipped products usually ave a production time of 4 days, and hipping time of 3 to 7 days.

Fabric orders are from a US company, but take (from order to door) about 3 weeks. Our printer doesn’t have drop shipping options, so we order the fabric you want rom our producer, they send it to us, and we Priority Mail it to you.

Most of our items are produced in the etherlands, China, Japan and Australia.

Most of these items have an 8 to 15 day shipping time. This time does not include the production time, which is sually from 4 to 7 days. We pay to have most of our out of country items sent via airplane instead of ship, but; due to circumstances we cannot control, we sometimes have to send items via ship.

We use YunExpress, SF Express for international shipping.

Each item will have its country of origin listed. Please don’t be harsh on us because we order from overseas. After the pandemic, many US producers closed down and we had to look globally to keep some of our items in our store and expand our options.
