All of our products have size charts, so if you accidentally order the wrong size, we cannot offer an exchange or cash refund, BUT we do offer a full refund in store credit (including shipping cost to send it back to us), once the item is returned to our shop.

We contract different companies to create each item, which makes it a personalized item, and then ship it directly to our clients. Each company we use only offer refunds if the product is defective. In this case we offer a full, cash refund. We do ask for a picture of the defect beforehand, since each supplier requires this to offer a refund.

If you do not see a size chart, please contact us so we can have one put on the item immediately. We recommend against purchasing an item that doesn’t have a size chart.
